  • Selected international destinations

⏳ Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Made-to-order or limited edition items may take longer — details will be noted on the product page.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey. If you don’t see it within 3 days of purchase, please reach out to us.


💔 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit:

  • Please contact us at info@moellecollection.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable).

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
