Tartlets with Chicken and Asparagus

  • Yield: 8 pcs.

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter, whisk in the flour, then gradually add milk to make the sauce and whisk continuously until all flour lumps are dissolved.
  2. Season and adjust consistency with chicken broth. Let the sauce simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the cooked chicken breast in small cubes and drained asparagus in small pieces into the sauce.
  4. Warm tartlets in the oven. Fill with sauce, garnish with parsley, black pepper, and flaky salt.

  • 4 dl Milk
  • 200g Can of white asparagus
  • 200g Cooked Chicken Breast
  • 3 dl Chicken Broth
  • 8 pcs. Tartlet cup store-bought
  • Fresh Parsley
