🔁 Return and Refund Policy

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it - no explanation needed.


1. Right to return

You have the right to cancel your purchase and return one or more items within 30 days of receiving them.

If your order includes multiple items shipped separately, the 30-day return period begins when you receive the last item.


2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. How to start a return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@moellecollection.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return label.


4. Damages or wrong items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@moellecollection.com, and we’ll make it right.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

If the return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
