  • We cannot guarantee colors are displayed perfectly across all screens

All prices are listed in your local currency (based on your location or choice) and include VAT where applicable.

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not mean your order is accepted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Payment is securely processed via trusted providers like Shopify Payments, Stripe, and PayPal. We do not store your full payment details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping within the EU, with no minimum order value. Orders are typically delivered within up to 5 business days.

For destinations outside the EU, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location.

Please note that Moelle Collection is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or other events beyond our control.

6. Returns and refunds

You have the right to cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you have purchased multiple items in one order, you may choose to cancel some or all of the items. Please note that delivery costs will not be refunded in the case of a partial return.

The 30-day withdrawal period begins on the day you or someone you have authorized (excluding the carrier) physically receive the goods.

If your order includes multiple items delivered at different times, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the final item.

If your order consists of multiple parts or shipments, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the last part or shipment.

If the deadline falls on a public holiday, for example. Constitution Day (Grundlovsdag), Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, the period is extended to the following business day.
