  • Cook-time-1 hr.
  • Total Time:1hr and 30 mins.
  • Yield:8 servings

Instructions

  1. Bake the pie crust for about 5 minutes in 200C / 400F
  2. Mix the cream/milk with the eggs, cheese and spices and add the spinach.
  3. If too dry, add a bit of cream/milk.
  4. Put the mixture on the pie crust and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden.
    Enjoy!

  • 250g Spinach
  • 4 Eggs
  • 300 cl cream or milk
  • 1 Pinch ground nutmeg
  • 125 g Shredded cheese
  • Salt and Pepper (freshly grounded)
