Trying to sneak in more vegetables in your kids diet? then I totally recommend you these cauliflower nuggets. I have tried many versions but this one is definitely in our favourite list. Tastes and feels fried—but isn’t.

CAULIFLOWER NUGGETS

  • Cook-time-25 minutes
  • Total Time:40 minutes
  • Yield:10 servings

Instructions

1. Make the dressing mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, olive oil, salt, pepper and chili.
2. Dip the cauliflower florets in the mayonnaise dressing and then coat in panko, one by one.
3. Place on a baking sheet and bake in 400 F / 200 C for about 20 min or until golden.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Cauliflower
  • 100 g Mayonnaise
  • 50 g Ketchup
  • 2 tbs Olive oil
  • 1 Garlic clove, crushed
  • Salt, pepper and few drops of your favorite Chili sauce or dry chili powder.
  • 100 g Panko (japanese bread crums) to make tempura
